The Mentorship is a program for teens (entering 8th grade and above) who are interested in learning how to facilitate self-powered learning experiences at camp. Mentors work with staff to hone leadership and creative problem-solving skills, and apply those to their interactions with campers, often creating example projects and working as a group to reflect on their experience. Mentors commit to at least a week of camp and communicate with the site Self-Director in the preseason to align on summer goals and opportunities for individual expression.
